A toll free number 18002334363 has been started by the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education, where students, parents and teachers are reporting their problems which are being solved instantly.
This helpline number is operational in two shifts every day from 10 am to 5 pm, except on Sundays and government holidays.
90 phone calls were received on the helpline toll free number on February 22.
Through this helpline,Psychologist Manisha Verma and Mrs. Monika Sahu resolved the problems of 90 students today on February 22.
It was advised for the students to wake up early in the morning to study, do pranayam and take some rest in between instead of studying continuously for long hours.
Along with this, the Deputy Secretary of the Board J. K Aggarwal, Assistant Professor Mrs. Anita Sondhi, Mrs. Preeti Shukla and Rajendra Dubey also solved the problems adressed by the students.
